When he entered Kastamonu, which is the city of the saints, he greeted the sounds of prayer calls rising from the mosques. He visited the complexes where people become socialized, cooperation came to the forefront and people who did not sleep when their neighbours were hungry gathered. This place was reflecting everything from the birth to the death of a person and the existence of the afterlife with the madrasahs, mosques, tombs, guesthouses and meal centers in it. He extremely felt this in İsmail Bey, Yakup Ağa and Yılanlı Complexes. He drank asa water in the flavor of zam-zam in Sheikh Shaban-i Veli Tomb, one of the spiritual pillars of Anatolia. He observed the finest details of woodworking in Mahmutbey Mosque which was built without using a nail. He fed the pigeon while she was going out from Nasrullah Mosque. He was surprised that the imam told Friday khutbah with the sword in Atabey Gazi Mosque. He visited Aşıklı Sultan Tomb and many other places. He felt that his heart was relieved as he witnessed in his spiritual journey in Kastamonu.
